Once you’ve identified your preferred vehicle, we’ll prepare a detailed CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) quote that covers everything—no hidden costs, no surprises.

Happy with the CIF price? We’ll issue a Proforma Invoice outlining the payment process, timelines, and next steps. Once you confirm the details and share proof of payment, we’ll place a holding deposit with the dealership to secure your vehicle.

We’ll then provide the dealership with all the necessary company documents. They’ll respond with an official quote and invoice.

For Kenyan buyers, we offer a local payment option that helps minimize foreign exchange losses by leveraging favorable FX rates through our partners.

Once payment is processed, your vehicle is insured under our motor policy and safely stored as we prepare it for export. Short-term insurance is available if needed. For ocean freight, we also offer Marine Cover upon request.

We handle all inspections and paperwork, including QISJ, ITAC, NATIS, SARPCO, and official invoices. If you need additional documentation, just let us know in advance and we’ll prepare everything together.

Your vehicle is booked on the next available carrier. We’ll email you and your clearing agent all required export documents, and courier the originals along with any loose items like keys and remotes.

You’ll also receive a tracking number for real-time updates.

As your vehicle nears arrival, our team and your clearing agent will guide you through the final steps.

Most pre-clearance is handled before landing to ensure a smooth delivery. Before you know it, your vehicle is home.
